As it says in the ad its a bolt over, so you put it over your existing grill (minus the chrome chevy bow tie) wich is easy to take off. It doesnt quite fit flush, but it doesnt look bad. Another thing is you can see the old grille and outline of the chevy bow tie. All in all, it really isnt a bad grille. I will probably make some sort of bracket to fit behind the grille so it can fit flush and remove the original grille. It really doesnt look bad just as a bolt over, I would buy it again.
