Activist and Peace Groups
The amount of energy, thought, and talent being brought to bear by
groups in Israel, the Occupied Territories, Europe, and North America
is amazing, especially when you consider that the problems keep on
getting worse and worse. In any case, it is reassuring that there
are other people out there who care, and who care a lot. This is where
you can find them and see what they are doing.
OUR
CHOICES
It's hard to single out individual groups here because there
are so many remarkable ones. On a general note take a look at
the Crimes of War Project,
which has as its focus all crimes of war, not just in
the Middle East.
Then, specifically, look at the Public
Committe Against Torture in Israel, whose name is self-explanatory.
Importantly, though, look around here, it's remarkable what
people are trying to do.
